Shipping time
We try to ship all orders before 3 p.m. the same day.
No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
The average delivery time is normally up to 2 working days, but please note that the shipping time depends on DHL who are currently experiencing many delays.
What different ways can I pay?
You can pay with us with IDEAL and credit card.
Where do I enter the discount code?
You can redeem your discount code in the first step of your shopping cart in the "Do you have a discount code?" box. If your code is accepted, the amount will be deducted from your purchase amount.
During checkout you can use one discount and/or promotional code per order.
The item is out of stock, when can I expect the item again?
We can give you an indication. You may therefore contact customer service so that they can advise you further.
How can I get in touch with you?
Complete the contact form via this link. On working days we will answer your question within 24 hours.
Returns
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. You will then be credited with the full order amount (excluding shipping costs).
To exercise your right of return, please contact us via our contact form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Return exceptions

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for products:
For products where the packaging is damaged.
Products that have been used or opened.
